It's actually slowly moving out of my setup (as are all things M-Audio, actually) because of this. I have an M-Audio Midisport 8x8, but unfortunately M-Audio isn't releasing Vista 64bit drivers, so I can't tell you how well it works.
Have you checked the M-Audio site to verify that Vista drivers are available for your stuff (M-Audio KeyRig 25, 24/96)? Most current software has been patched for Vista 32bit now, so that's not an issue as much.
